Appointment and Lead Usage

All appointments and leads purchased from Propellica are for the exclusive use of the purchaser. Resale or transfer of appointments or leads is strictly prohibited unless a wholesale agreement is in place.

Client Conduct

Customers purchasing appointments from Propellica agree to conduct themselves ethically and respectfully when dealing with leads and during appointments. This includes adhering to all applicable Australian laws and regulations, including but not limited to privacy laws and consumer protection laws.

Data Handling

Customers agree to handle all lead data in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and regulations. Propellica is not responsible for any misuse of lead data by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Propellica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of appointments or leads.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute through negotiation, they agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Australian law.

Termination

Propellica may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the customer if the customer breaches any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
